Terms of Use
Version 1.0 · Effective
Using Bankroll
These general terms cover the Bankroll interface for creating and trading tokens, viewing nominations and reserves, and any version-specific withdrawals the app actually enables. Use it only if you have legal capacity and your use is lawful where you are. Read the launch-specific terms, fees, and wallet approvals before confirming. Earlier contract versions retain their own terms and rights.
Your wallet and the risks
You control your wallet and approvals. Keep recovery phrases private; Bankroll does not need them. Check the network, contract, amount, fees, and permissions before signing. Transactions can be irreversible, and failed transactions can still cost gas. Check uncertain transactions before retrying. Tokens may lose all their value. Low liquidity, slippage, smart-contract defects, transaction ordering, and third-party failures can cause losses. Bankroll does not promise profits, price support, liquidity, or recovery of funds. Information in the app is not investment advice or regulatory approval.
Launching and nominating
Launchers are responsible for their token information and must have the rights to submitted names, images, and descriptions. You allow Bankroll to store and display that content to provide the service. Do not impersonate people or imply unauthorized affiliations. An X nomination is not an endorsement or acceptance. Handles can change owners; X verification checks account control, not token quality or investment suitability.
Linking an X profile
For new V1 launches, X verification and a separate off-chain wallet signature can link a wallet to a nominated profile. This link only helps display the nomination and its quote-asset reserve. It is not an on-chain claim or trader-role acceptance and grants no V1 fee withdrawal, free tokens, pool funds, or managed-vault trading authority. It does not stop a future V2 opt-in clock. Any V2 mandate, claim, trading or payout would require separate activation and terms. Earlier launches may follow different contract-specific terms.
Fees and incentives
Review the fees and allocation shown for each contract version before a launch or trade. For regular tokens under the new V1 policy, the displayed 2% swap charge is allocated from total collected fees: 10% launcher, 10% operations, 40% quote-asset reserve, and 40% BANK burn budget. The reserve is not a wallet balance or V1 payout. Network gas, external protocol fees and price impact may be additional. Buyback or burn budgets do not guarantee execution, timing, or a higher price. If you promote a token from which you receive a benefit, disclose that interest clearly.
Use it honestly
Do not use Bankroll for fraud, impersonation, market manipulation, deceptive volume, unlawful promotions, money laundering, sanctions evasion, unauthorized access, or infringement. You are responsible for your activity and applicable reporting or tax obligations. No description or disclaimer makes unlawful conduct acceptable.
Data and availability
The app processes wallet addresses, submitted token information, transaction records, and, when you verify X, account identifiers and verification records. Blockchain information is public and may be permanent. Wallet, X, network, indexing, and hosting providers participate in these flows; outages and delayed data can occur. This summary is not a complete privacy notice and does not waive your data rights.
Your rights and updates
Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Updates will be published with a new version and date for future use. They do not silently change existing on-chain consent, launch settings, or accrued credits. Changes requiring fresh consent must be presented separately.
